Meet me in Manhattan!

This is MAJOR! One of my favorite designers is moving into Manhattan. Now don’t get me wrong,he’s been living there for quite awhile. Circle back -way back to his Project Runway days, when he was living in a New York apartment that was as big as a postage stamp and he was confined to sewing his creations in a space smaller than the bathroom sink and cutting out fabric in his hallway. But that was then and this is now. In a few short years Christian Siriano has built a fashion brand that is beyond beautiful and feminine. (Fun fact-Christian dressed over 17 celebrities for the Oscar Red Carpet this year) and continues to be an enormous advocate for promoting fashion for women of all shapes and sizes. Between his beautiful designs and impeccable work ethic it’s no wonder that his brand has grown in the past decade  and he finds himself in need of some major space to “store”  his creations.

The Neo-Renaissance style town house that at one-time housed Fabergé’s headquarters as well as Cary Grant’s office is located at 5 West 54th Street. Christian refers to it as “his mini department store, and in a word it is FABULOUS.”

Recent pictures have surfaced prior to the grand opening on April 18, 2018 and it is one Glamour worthy abode filled with frilly frocks hanging from the ceiling and a staircase that picture perfect.
