Tuesday’s Tip(s)

It’s the beginning of a brand New Year and I want to do my best in helping you get things off to a great start. Today I thought it might be helpful to post a little bonus tip-one health related and one style related (no big surprise-since fashion is always on my mind). I hope these small steps motivate you in the direction of your dreams. At the end of the day I’ve always believed that life is a series of taking baby steps that eventually lead to BIG changes. #2, This is the perfect time of year to sport a pair of well fitting black jeans (look for cotton with at least 5% spandex weaved in). The basic black jean is uber versatile You can dress them up or down and still look sleek, In need of some style inspo -no problem.
