Monday Mantra.. pardon the delay. Due to all the rains I was without power/internet/and a land line for 4 days. I know there are far worse situations to be in but one does realize how these modern day conveniences are a luxury. Have a wonderful day!
Valentines Day can be hard for the single or newly single girl. To that end I share with you a solution to overcome what my GBF (Gay Best Friend) otherwise refers to as Singles Awareness Day /instead of Valentine’s Day or initialed SAD. To heel a broken heart and or put a little pep back in your step might I suggest purchasing a pretty pair of pumps to lift your spirits. Just remember that a pair of heels can often do the trick in making you feel healed.
May your heart be filled with Love..,Today and everyday.
Happy Valentine’s Day!

Thank you President and Michelle Obama for giving us 8 years of amazing grace and extraordinary class.
I am saddened beyond belief to hear of the passing of Carrie Fisher on Tuesday December 27th, 2016 and then the subsequent death of her mother Debbie Reynolds on December 8, 2016. Maybe what they say IS true-you can die of a broken heart. May they rest peacefully together in Heaven for all eternity.
