Is the Closet at Vogue Open?

One of my very favorite features each week is Five Days of Fashion at Vogue. It’s a birdseye view of what employees actually wear to work, as they run through the hallowed halls of our favorite fashion bible. This week’s featured participant is Cynthia Smith, a Fashion ASSISTANT at Vogue. Now the reason I have capitalized the ASSISTANT portion of her title is that this lovely woman must really be making bank because she is sporting high end designer labels each  and everyday of work. Within the course of the work week Cynthia wore items by designers: Chanel, Celine, Prada, Tory Burch, Miu Miu, and Rag & Bone. just to name a few. Apparently, the Devil does love Prada and a bevy of other designers as well.

Cynthia does look smashing and I must say you should dress the part when you work for a major fashion magazine but I only have one question: Do employees get a DEEP designer discount to afford these fabulous items or can you “borrow” clothing and accessories from the famous Vogue closet??? Inquiring and fashionable minds would love to know.

Prada Heels

More Prada Heels..Cynthia said they are so comfortable she bought them in Beige and Black. Do Vogue employees get a designer discount??Just wondering??
