Helloooooo JUNE!

So the question is… How did it get to be June? Wasn’t it just January? I can’t believe we’re half way through the year already. Let’s admit it all together (there’s comfort in numbers). Does anyone  even remember your New Years resolutions?

June is  the half way mark of the year soooo let’s reassess shall we. What do you really want to do this Summer. Walk on the beach? Take a vacation? Clear out the clutter in your closet. Workout more, relax more, enjoy the long summer nights? Whatever your heart desires I hope you make a summer bucket list to keep you on track and make sure you take time to enjoy every moment .

Here’s my short list:

  1. Wake up early one weekend morning (5 AM ish) and head down to the beach. Watch the sun come up as I take a long bike ride. (P.S. get bike serviced-inflate tires and grease chain)
  2.  Host a Summer soiree for my friends on the upstairs deck.
  3. Detox (aka stop eating so much dark chocolate) and swap out a green drink for lunch at least 2 days a week.
  4. Give myself weekly facials, manicures and pedicures.
  5. Go for a short vacay-weekend out of town.
  6. Sew at least one outfit each week this summer.
  7. Read one great book a month
  8. Breath and enjoy my days more.
  9. Start my sewing blog
  10. Expand my Styling Business
  11. Finish writing my book
