Thoughts on THANKSGIVING weekend…

Quick question…Did you start you day with pumpkin pie for breakfast? Or did you opt out for the pecan pie or cookies or whatever you fancied that wasn’t your usual healthy way to start your day????

Well, let me just tell you that this weekend  YOU get a hall pass. Thanksgiving is the time of year that you may find yourself dipping into the dessert tray before noon or having a snack at the oddest times of the day, skipping workouts and sitting in your jammies until well until it’s time to go BACK to bed. But it’s all good. That’s the beauty of Thanksgiving. It’s the time of year to give thanks, enjoy a great meal to your hearts content and remind yourself how grateful you are for everything you do have. It’s been a rough 2020 ….so savor everything that brings you joy.

Monday we can get back on the treadmill and the bandwagon of healthy eating and working out.
