Heart Cakes are easy to make. Option one is made from making a round and a square cake using a boxed cake mix or go all out and start from scratch. Both are easy to assemble once you decide on which way you want to go. Simply cut the round cake in half -(as you see above) angle and attach both cakes to form a heart.  Frost and decorate and whah lah..beauuutiful heart shaped cake.

Option number 2 is made from two round shaped cake forms and by simply making a heart template from wax paper or parchment paper you can cut out your heart shape form. Frost and decorate as you wish and you will enjoy this scrumptious confection perfect for sharing with you’re true love.

Short on time: Cut fresh strawberries in half and assemble with a tooth pick to make a heart shape. You can frost, dip in chocolate or do a combo of frosting and dipping and come up with some pretty heart shaped strawberries.
